1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZELVIONZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ZELVIONZ provides a platform for building sales funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and email automation. We may update or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Billing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time via your billing portal.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use ZELVIONZ for illegal activities, to distribute malware, send spam, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
ZELVIONZ and its branding are owned by ZELVIONZ, Inc. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software subject to these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZELVIONZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
